| Return Policy: Refunds: Products may be returned unopened for a refund within 30 days of its shipping date and may be charged a 15% re-stocking fee at our discretion. Items that are in un-sellable condition, no longer wanted, you changed your mind, missing parts or you ordered the wrong product will not be refunded. Please note that we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error up to $9.95, unless prior arrangements have been made with the return department. Return your item(s) using UPS ground, or standard U.S. Mail. If you refuse your package, there will be return shipping charge. UPS and the U.S. Post Office charge us for returned items. You will be charged the original cost of shipping, (even if you received free shipping), plus the cost of return shipping unless we sent the wrong product or made some other error on shipping out your product. You can expect a refund sent to the credit card company within 14 business days of Essex Vacuum receiving your return. Do not send us your old broken parts to see if we can get new ones. We can not accept them due to insurance and health liabilities. How to Return/Exchange Your Item: In order to return or exchange an item you will need to fill out our Return Merchandise Request Form. We will then provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to insure that your return is properly routed and that your refund or replacement is processed properly. | ||
